Using this website
You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything on 3dsofttech.in. Please don't scrape the site wholesale, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on this site is provided "as is" for general information — we keep it accurate, but it isn't formal advice for your specific situation.
Our content and brand
The 3D Soft Tech name, logo, and the design and content of this website belong to us. Our brand guidelines explain how the logo may be used — in short: don't use our brand to suggest a partnership or endorsement that doesn't exist. Fair references, reviews, and links are always fine.
Project work
When you hire us, the specifics — scope, timelines, pricing, revisions, and who owns what — live in the proposal or agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these general terms. A few defaults worth knowing:
- Quotes are itemised and valid for 30 days.
- Final deliverables are transferred to you once the project is paid in full.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to — some projects are under NDA, and we respect that completely.
Third-party links and tools
We sometimes link to or build on third-party services (hosting platforms, payment providers, analytics tools). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they operate.
Liability
We work carefully, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. For project work, liability terms are set out in the individual project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; the date at the top always reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
