Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and we only use your details to reply to you. The longer version is below — and it's actually readable.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy explains what information 3D Soft Tech ("we", "us") collects when you visit 3dsofttech.in, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it like humans.
What we collect
Only two things, and both are your choice:
- Contact form details. When you send us a message, we receive the name, email, phone number (if you add it), service interest, and message you typed. That's it — the form doesn't collect anything you can't see.
- Basic analytics. If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where visitors come from, with IP addresses anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set at all.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and discussing your project — the only reason we have your contact details.
- Understanding which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for. We don't build advertising profiles.
Who else sees your data
- FormSubmit relays contact-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Analytics processes anonymised visit data, only if you consented.
- Our website is served through standard hosting and CDN providers (fonts and styles load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr), which may log basic technical data like IP addresses as part of serving files.
None of these receive your data for their own marketing purposes on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as long as we're talking to you (or might be — people do come back a year later, and we like having context). If you'd rather we delete your messages, just say so and we will.
Your choices
- Decline the cookie banner — the site works exactly the same without it.
- Email us at hello@3dsofttech.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly change the deal.
